Program Eligibility Checklist
Between the ages of 18 - 24
Have or planning to get health insurance
Former foster care youth
Interested in enrolling in school or getting a job
Available Monday - Friday between 9am - 1pm
You live in Arizona
Willing to commit to this program for up to 6 months
Ready to accept help & meet new people in your community
